Artemis wines is a family run winery situated in the Southern Highlands of NSW. Winemaker brothers, Anton and Mark Balog began making wine in the Southern Highlands in 1996 being the third winery in the area and the first winemakers to plant Pinot Noir in the region. Now well established in the Highlands, the Balog Brothers are known as the Pinot Noir Pioneers.

Everyone is welcome at our Cellar Door. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you know about wine, just sit back and enjoy personalised service from our friendly cellar door staff.
We are passionate about wine and look forward to sharing our knowledge with you.
Walk – ins are welcome but bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment.

At Artemis we have created unique modern styles of spirits, in the distillery we use age old methods and hands on techniques to produce the finest spirits in traditional pot stills. Pristine Australian and Traditional international botanicals are delicately vapour extracted through basket and reflux columns. We are currently producing Gin, Rum, Eau de Vie and Baijiu.

Lovely and Charming place. You can taste heaps of wines, Gins, and Rums. They have enormous facilities and a beautiful big farm. They have great customer service. You can chill out there and live your dream life for a while.

Definitely chuck this one on your list of wineries to check out in the southern highlands! The wines are absolutely fab and so reasonably priced, great staff, the platter was delicious and the place is dog-friendly – what more could you want! The resident doggos are so friendly and love pats.
