Sunshack Cider is crafted naturally from real Australian and NZ fruits – apples, pears passionfruit, mangoes, feijoa, elderflowers – then fermented with pure spring water from a natural sandstone spring running30 metres beneath our ciderhouse. They are 8% alcohol and best enjoyed on ice, with good friends and good times.

Bee Mead is crafted naturally with a pure blend of Australian Clover Honey and New Zealand Manuka Honey, sourced from bee-loving apiaries.
The honey is fermented for five weeks with wild yeasts and pure water from a sandstone spring running 30 metres beneath the Meadery. A little extra honey added after fermentation gives natural sweetness & depth of flavour.
A refreshing change from cider, Bee Mead is fresh and easy to drink. Well balanced, not too sweet, with floral characteristics provided by a wine-maker’s touch.
